As one of many services, FMS can extend surety bonding support to vetted and qualified clients in order to meet the rules established under the Miller Act of 1932, requiring Construction Contracts issued by the Federal Government to be backed by Performance and Payment Bonds. This same surety coverage may be extended to cover other State, city, municipal, and commercial projects that have similar requirements.
